Ready, Set, DACOF!

The annual DACOF (Dog Agility Competition of Florida) is just around the corner and the K9s24-7 team is ready to run, led by our amazing coach Mindy Lytle. DACOF is a state wide, team competition where dogs/handlers from various clubs can represent their organizations. It's a weekend full of agility fun!
We have many familiar faces returning to represent K9s24-7 this year as well as a few new faces. Our roster is made up on 9 dog/handler teams competing across 3 levels (Excellent, Open, Novice). Each team competes in 5 games over the course of 2 days. Last year the K9s24-7 team placed 2nd out of more than 40 teams so we have big paws to fill this year.
Let's meet our 2018 team!
Scott and Levi
Laurie and Kya
Heather and Stella
Bill and Indy
Sally and Fli
Jen and Rowan
Mindy and Smack
and rounding out our last two teams ...
Nancy with Ace and Spice
Special thanks goes to our team captain, Christy for keeping us updated and organized as well as to Debi and Lisa for helping out and cheering us on.
DACOF is open to the public and will be held at the Silver Spurs arena at Osceola Heritage Park on June 30 and July 1st. We'd love to see you there!
Good luck K9s24-7 and all the teams participating this year! Run clean. Run fast. And most importantly; have a Blast!!!
